Happy Monday! In spite of everything, I greet the day (and evening) and each of you with joy. As I wrote last week, I’m not blind to current events, but I also guard my heart and sanity so I can do whatever work I feel called to do.
To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to write about this week. There’s much I want to respond to and comment on, but I don’t want this space to become a weekly rant, or even solely a political forum … even though I believe it’s important to add my voice.
Then as I crossed the Ohio River this week to head home, the river spoke to me as she always does. As Nature always does. I relax. My heart lightens. So, I decided to let others speak and I’d add my photos and give all of us some breathing space. I’ll be back on Monday with Book Review Monday! I hope all of you have a great week and make some time to take deep breaths outside.
